Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities on the website at cocrm.co and other related services. The use of the COCRM Service may be subject to additional terms or conditions provided by COCRM, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering or using the COCRM Service, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the COCRM Service or access any content. These Terms and Conditions are between you and COCRM Teknoloji A.Ş.
Company: Refers to COCRM Teknoloji A.Ş.
Account: A private account created on your behalf to access our services or portions of our services.
Content: Refers to any messages, visuals, information, uploads, links, or other materials accessible by you.
Device: Any computer, phone, or tablet providing access to our services.
Feedback: Refers to any suggestions or improvements you offer regarding our services’ features and performance.
Service: Refers to both the Application and Website or either one individually.
Terms and Conditions: Represents the entire agreement between you and the company, governing your use of our services.
Third-Party Social Media Services: Any service or content provided by a third party that may be displayed on, included in, or made available by the Service (including data, information, products, or services).
Website: Refers to the cocrm.co website owned by COCRM.
You: Refers to individual users, companies, or entities accessing or using our services.
You need an account for many activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing content or submitting content for publication. You must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, to create and maintain your account. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account and anything that happens under it, including any damage or harm caused by unauthorized use (to us or anyone else), so safeguard your password. You cannot transfer your account or use another person’s account. If you cannot provide the information required to prove ownership of an account, we will not grant access. If a user passes away, their account will be closed upon notification. You may not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, inform us immediately via the Contact page. To use our services, the subscribing company must pay a subscription fee. The account may authorize other users as needed. You may terminate your account at any time by following the steps on our site. At COCRM, we offer customer relationship management, marketing and sales management, customer support, and service management, as well as reporting and analytics services. We also provide Lead+, a separate module designed for members looking to expand their businesses. Users can access these services by paying the required fees and adhering to the terms in this agreement and other agreements published on our website. COCRM reserves the right to change the content and pricing policies of the services provided. We will notify you of any service updates through communication channels.
You need to create a user account to use all or parts of the Services. Your username and password are for personal use and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for any use of your username and password, including unauthorized use. If you lose or believe your username or password has been compromised, notify our user support team immediately. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions (and any applicable terms and conditions), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use. This Access will remain in effect until terminated by either you or COCRM. You agree not to redistribute or transfer the COCRM Services.
The COCRM platform and Services—including the website, current or future applications, services, logos, APIs, code, and content created by our team—are our property. You may not interfere with or use them without permission. All rights and interests in the COCRM platform and Services—including our website, applications, APIs, databases, and content from our team and partners—are exclusively owned by COCRM and its licensees. Our platform and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in Turkey and other countries. Nothing grants you the right to use COCRM’s name or any of its trademarks, logos, domain names, or distinctive brand features. While accessing or using the platform and Services, you may not:
Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform, COCRM’s computer systems, or technical systems of COCRM’s service providers.
Disable or interfere with any security features, probe or scan our systems, or test for vulnerabilities.
Copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code or content on our platform.
Access or search the platform using any method (automated or otherwise) other than the search functionality provided through our website, mobile applications, or API.

The Privacy Policy explains our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information when you use the Service and describes your privacy rights. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid in a given situation, other provisions remain effective. COCRM may transfer or assign these Terms and Conditions or any rights under them at any time. You may not transfer or assign these Terms or any rights to any third party.
The Service is provided to you “as-is” without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, COCRM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. COCRM does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruptions, or be compatible with any other software or services. COCRM is not responsible for any damages resulting from data loaded on its platform. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if the failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power failures, or government restrictions. In any case, your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the COCRM Service is to cease using it.
You are responsible for all content you post on our platform. Comments, questions, posts, and other content must comply with our Privacy Policy and laws. For repeated or serious offenses, we may block your account. If you believe someone is infringing on your copyright, let us know.
To use COCRM’s paid services, users must purchase a subscription on the platform. Valid credit or prepayment is required. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay periodic fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you do not express intent to cancel during the subscription period, it will automatically renew. Payments can be made using various online methods, including “iyzico” and “stripe.” Purchases made through the COCRM platform are non-refundable.

You and COCRM agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
COCRM reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions, notifying you before changes take effect. Continued use of COCRM Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of those changes.
